Italian tour director with over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, starting my career as an airport representative and working my way to a tour leader for the American market. My job comes with an enormous responsibility as my clients put their precious vacations in a foreign country in my hands, trusting that I will show them the best of the destination. I thrive in stressful situations – for example I retrieved a wheelchair in under 20 minutes at the FCO airport when lost by the airline during the flight from New York.
